CEMENT SCREW CONVEYORS - ES

WAMs ES-series cement screw feeders stand for maximum efficiency, a wide range of standard units, high output rates and absolute reliabilty under most different conditions. Seven standard tube diameters(114,139,168,193,219,273 and 323 mm) ofer a cacity range from 8 ton/h to 120 ton/h. Exact and constant outputs can be only achieved if an effective fluidisation is installed inside the silo. Each ES-screw feeder is equipped with WAM-made helicoid screw flightings. After the flightings are weided on their centre tubes the screws are thoroughly balanced. The design of the end bearings, intermediate hanger bearings and splined shafts are the result of many years of experience and are an important element of our highly developed technology. For ES-screw conveyors a wide range of WAM gear reduction units are available to be mounted as direct drives.

BUTTERFLY VALVES - VFS

The V1FS(single flange butterfly valves with sleeve connection) and V2FS(double flange butterfly) are a necessary equipment for the discharge of bins which contain powder products. Externalbody is in cast aluminium(aaloy), disc in cast iron or plastic coated and seal in neoprene. The V2FS valves are equipped with a top and bottom flange whereas the V1FS have a top flange only. The valves can be equipped with manual, electropneumatic and gear motor drive. The drive units are completely interchangeable.

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE - VCP

For a correct operation the application of a pressure relief valve is necessary in order to discharge possible pressure inside the silo, as well as negative pressure. In fact, there is pressure once you fill the silo and negative pressure when you empty it. If air input and output are not correct the valve opens(one way or the other) and avoids possible silo damage. On top of silos and bins, hoppers or containers to avoid overpressure and negative pressure. To prevent problems which could severely damage both silo and filter. All contact parts are made from carbon steel, on request from stainless steel. Cover is made from stainless steel, seals according to application.
