FLUIDISATION PADS - I100

In modern systems engineering, silos, hoppers and bins are generally considered as MECHANICAL CONVEYORS in which the movement of the material is generated through gravity. Consequently, Fluidisation Pads may be looked at as devices that improve the efficiency of those conveyors. Recent specialized technical literature mainly recommends the use of fluidisation as a flow aid in silos for materials with poor flowability, as a total or partial means for both continuous or intermittent operation. this results in a homogeneous material flow, thus avoiding segregation ratholing, bridging and other inconveniences. Thanks to long-term research and field experience our fluidisation pads offer high performance in partial pulse jet fluidisation(Pulse-Jet and Felder System). All dust generating materials can be fluidised.

FLUIDISATION NOZZLES - U025

When rapid installaiton is required, or when the inside of a bin/ hopper/ silo is inacessible, the use of U025 nozzles is recommended. U025 can be fitted from the outside. The air surface in contact with the product can be governed by the number of fluidisation nozzles applied.
