HIGH PRESSURE PRODUCTS

Founded 1949 in Oelde, Germany, Hammelmann has over five decades experience in the development and manufacure of high pressure products. Hammelmann products are known internationally and can be found in most industries, i.e.:employed for various cleaning and cutting works or as process pumps. Hammelmann stands for quality first and foremost. Trained, qualified staff with a wealth of experience, strive to maintain the highest standards. Their modern computer controlled machine shop ensures constant dimensional accuracy within a flexible production system. All hign and ultrahigh pressure systems are tested under maximum load before delivery.

Hammelmann manufactures an extremely wide range of standard products as well as offering tailor made solutions. This enables effective use of high pressure technology for a variety of applications.

High pressure pumps

Hammelmann high pressure technology is based upon their High pressure, Ultrahigh pressure and Process pumps. Operating pressure and flow rate determine performance and results. they offer a range of over 1000 combinations to meet individual requirements.

The well known reliability and high performance of Hammelmann pumps stems from the most modern high pressure technology:

1.The vertical, coaxially aligned construction reduces wear on moving components. Crossheads, plungers and sleeves operate with evenly distributed weight forces. another advantage of vertical design is that the water end is self-venting.
2.The friction free plunger seal assembly (patented in F.R.G. and abroad) has no seals or packings in the high pressure end. The labyrinth system metallic seal gives a long working life so it is possible to accurately plan servicing intervals.
3.The valve housing is not subjected to alternating stress. The special design eliminates the risk of fatigue cracking and pressure bearing surfaces are kept to an absolute minimum resulting in a correspondingly reduced load.
4.The crankshaft main bearing are fitted between the connecting rods. This extremely robust and precise construction results in long working life expectancy for the crank section.
5.The pressurised oil lubrication system feeds filtered, cooled oil to all sliding and rotating crank parts even under extreme operating conditions such as inclined working or continual changes in demand.

High pressure unit

Application requirements are met by building the pump into a suitable self contained unit.
1.Stationary and mobile units with diesel engines or electric motors
2.The "S-Class" high pressure units up to 1500 bar
3."Aquajet" ultra high pressure units up to 3000 bar
4.Containerised units
