WASHING RANGE
Powerscreen have developed the Commander 512 Rinser and Trident X2 Dewaterer to produce quality washed stone and sand. Raw material is fed dry into the hopper of the Commander, where it is then metered onto the main belt and taken to the 4-bearing screen. Water is pumped to the screen and used to spray the material to separate the stone, sand and clay. The stone is stock piled with conveyors. The sand, clay and water are then processed by the Trident X2 Dewaterer, and separated using a process of filtering and settling.
